We know that the long term success of our business depends on consistently delivering high quality training that exceeds the expectations and needs of our clients. In addition, our back office admin as well as front office customer service is smooth, trouble free and responsive. For these reasons we have certain procedures, processes and philosophies that we follow, along with our golden rule; keep things simple!
- We listen to you and deliver what you ask from us
- We carry out an in-depth online needs analysis at both the company level and the participant level prior to training start
- We carry out both an online level test as well as a face to face oral evaluation to be sure participants are grouped correctly
- We plan the course and discuss this plan with all participants in advance
- We use online survey tools to gather anonymous feedback from participants during and at the end of the course, and make any adjustments needed
- We proactively seek feedback throughout the course, from both HR and participants
- We go on training courses and develop ourselves professionally to develop our own skills
